Now, I don't claim to be an expert on art - far from it - but does that first Magritte t-shirt actually *work*? I thought the point of the original painting, The Treachery of Images, was that it wasn't a pipe but a picture of a pipe, and that the picture is not the object. Putting the phrase on a t-shirt, which actually IS a t-shirt of a pipe, seems to miss the point slightly.

I do like, and own, the Mario one though.

good point, I changed the title. I actually used google to translate it exactly, I guess it came out wrong. I used to speak a bit of French but don't have it any more :-)
