thanks so much Dutch, I'm sometimes a bit millitant about posting t-shirts but when I see great illustration I like to see if there is demand for it, in fact why am I not doing that more? shit, I think I just had an idea!

Karl, I've already contacted Patrick and he responded with an appreciative thank you, I also went a step further and complained to ETSY about the product indicating that blatant copyright infringement goes against ETSY's artist made policy. As four our T, I will provide you with some proper photos later tonight.

How awful that this ripping off is happening! I actually know the artist! Well, indirectly. Wait for it...my friend 's (who is a graphic designer) coworker's brother. A bunch of us got it in an e-mail the day after the election. It would ABSOLUTELY make a fantastic t-shirt that I would undoubtedly buy. And I know a bunch of other people who would because it was the highlight of our November 5th. Well, that and still riding a very high wave of the fantastic moment that was the night before...and still is 17 days later. :D

I would love to print it license it from the artist, we provide an ongoing payment for as long as it's selling. We always make sure the product is a great print, and promote the artist as much as the shirt itself.

If it makes you feel any better, the ETSY shop hasn't been selling it since I contacted them. As artists we always have to watch out for this stuff and enforce our copyrights.
